Staffing agencies charge 15 to 20% of a candidate's first-year salary and often prioritize volume over fit. Job boards hand you a pile of applications and leave you to sort through them alone. FlexpertJobs does neither. We charge a flat fee, we specialize exclusively in flexible and remote-first professional roles, and we source from a candidate pool that is not actively searching job boards or Linkedin. That means less competition for great candidates and faster, better hires for you.


How is the flat fee structured and what happens if the hire does not work out?

Our placement fee is $2,500 total, split into two payments. You pay $1,500 on the candidate's start date and $1,000 at the 90-day mark. We split it that way intentionally — you are not paying the full fee until you have seen the hire in action. There is no free replacement guarantee because hiring is a two-way decision and you are involved in approving every candidate before an offer is made. What we do guarantee is that every candidate we present has been sourced, screened, and vetted for your specific role before they ever reach your inbox.


How long does it take to find someone?

Most placements happen within two to three weeks from the time we complete your role intake. That timeline works because we are not starting from scratch every time — we maintain an active pipeline of pre-screened flexible professionals who are ready to work. The more specific you are about what you need in your intake, the faster we move. If your role has unusual requirements or a very narrow scope, we will tell you upfront so there are no surprises on timeline.
