FlexpertJobs specializes in one thing: placing experienced professionals in flexible, part-time, contract, and remote-first roles at growing service companies. Every service on this page connects back to that. Whether you are ready to hire, still figuring out the right structure, or an experienced professional looking for flexible work, here is where to start.

What We Do

Flexible Role Placement

We place experienced professionals in part-time, contract, and remote-first roles across admin, operations, executive support, customer success, and customer support functions. These are not entry-level candidates and they are not sourced from a job board. They are mid-career professionals with real track records who are specifically looking for flexible work and have been pre-screened before they are ever presented to an employer.

Flexible Hiring Clarity Call

A Flexible Hiring Clarity Call is a 30-minute working session to hep you determine if your full-time role could be scoped for part-time. By the end of the call you know whether flexible hiring makes sense for this role, what structure fits best, what the process looks like, and whether FlexpertJobs is the right partner to help you execute it.

How It Works

Step 1: Role Intake

We jump on a call and complete a structured intake that covers the scope of the role, the hours and schedule you need, your budget, your team structure, and what success looks like at 30, 60, and 90 days. This takes about 20 minutes and it is the most important part of the process. The more specific you are here, the faster and more accurate the match.

Step 2: Sourcing and Screening

We match your role against our existing candidate pipeline first. If the right match is not already in the pipeline we source additionally. Either way you are not waiting on us to start from zero.

Step 3: You Receive a Shortlis

Within one week of completing your intake you receive a shortlist of vetted candidates. You get a profile for each one that covers their background, their availability, their experience with flexible or remote work, and why we think they are a fit for your role specifically.

Step 5: Placement and Onboarding

Once you make an offer and the candidate accepts, placement is complete.

Step 4: You Interview & Decide

You interview the candidates on your shortlist. We are available to support the process if you have questions, need a second opinion, or want guidance on structuring the offer.
